Lay-by Terms

- If you wish to lay-by then you must read and agree to these terms.
- Your first installment must be at least 20% of the purchase price to reserve the item.
- You may make as many payments as you like, however the final payment must be made before the end of (12 weeks) the 84th day.
- Minimum Layby is $100 Australian.
- Each payment must be no less than $10.
- Your will receive a statement for each installment you pay. Each statement will include a copy of these terms.

- No other promotions, discounts or special offers will be accepted in conjunction with a lay-by purchase.
- You may cancel your layby in writing at anytime before the goods have been delivered.
- Medieval-Fightclub may cancel the layby if the terms of this agreement have been breeched.
- You will be given notice in writing of any breeches. You must attempt to remedy the situation immediately.
- A cancellation and restocking fee of up to $50 may apply. Additional freight charges will be included if the item has been dispatched.
- The goods will not be delivered until the last installment is paid.
