This pair of medieval spaulders offers complete shoulder protection for re-enactors. Will need modification or adjustment of straps to fit your suit of armour.
Features:
Full shape - covers the full shoulder including the front and back and offers some protection to the armpits.
Double articulation - on top and down the sleeve.
Full length - covers the whole reararm.
Spaulders are armored plates worn upon the arm in a suit of plate armour for protection of the upper arm and shoulder area. Developed in the Middle Ages, spaulders continued to be worn well into the Renaissance.
