Practical medieval combat sword - Type I - Round pommel. Note: Pommel is domed inset style.

Full tang, rounded and blunt. A 'ready-to-go' sword for the re-enactor. This sword makes a good 'beater' and has a 3mm edge for safety and strength in edge to edge combat styles.

These swords features a brass crossguard & domed inset pommel, braided leather grip and full tang blade that is peened through the pommel.

    If you want to buy a sword you can use to dish out some punishment then this is the sword for you. I've used and unfortunately broken enough swords to know, with my fighting style, I needed something that could keep up.

    I have bought 2 of the wide blades and after much sparring, they have proven to be excellent combat weapons. I have had 3 sessions with these swords and I have not had to file any nicks or burs from the edges. AAA product and nice price
