The poulaine is a long pointy toe shoe mainly from the 15th Century but some similar examples are known from the late 14th Century. This type of shoe was usually fastened by a drawstring or lacing.

Please remember the point in this boot means your foot will not fit all the way to the end. When measuring the sole of your shoes (in mm) please take this into account & add extra.
