    my handle broke 2 hours after it arrived in the mail, i dropped it on the carpet and the handle struck my book shelf and sheared off because of to much short grain, you expect to replace throwing axe handles every now and again but not before you've thrown it, but the heads are pretty good value for money

    Strong,solid axe, handles well and throws good, had to sharpen down for training and put on some leather to improve the grip to use with gauntlets. Feels realy strong and is good value.

    Handy little ax, I sharpened mine for around campsite use, wood cutting and so forth...
    Also throws well.
