Returns Policy

You may return items purchased from Medieval Fightclub within 7 days of purchase. If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased or if you purchased in error, we will refund the item's purchase price upon return of the item within 7 days.

A restocking fee of 10% may apply. Please contact us to discuss your situation prior to returning the item.


This return policy includes all of our equipment unless otherwise stated on this website.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

All domestic packages sent via Australia Post are sent as REGISTERED ITEMS, this allows tracking of the package should it become lost in transit. All REGISTERED ITEMS must be signed for at the post office. The cost of registering a package is included in the shipping fee displayed at the time of ordering.

All Express Post items should be placed before 11am to ensure they are packed and sent on the same day. We will endeavour to send orders placed after this time on the same day but this may not be possible. If this occurs the order will be sent the next business day.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Customers are responsible for all duties & taxes relevant to their country. Customers should check their import restrictions before purchasing.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

If you do not receive your order within the specified period - please use the tracking number provided.
