Returning items Policy

You may return items purchased from Medieval Fightclub within 7 days of purchase. If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased or if you purchased in error, we will refund the item's purchase price (and in some cases postage) upon return of the item. We may (at our discretion) offer you more than the value of the item as a store credit in lieu of direct refund. Please send items via regular post  - insurance is an optional extra. Oversize items may need to be sent via courier.

This return policy includes all of our equipment unless otherwise stated on this website. Medieval-Fightclub reserves the right to choose to repair, replace or refund an item.

If you need to return an item, simply contact us to let us know and then ship the item back to us. We'll notify you via e-mail once we've received and processed the returned item.

A restocking fee of 10% may apply. Please contact us to discuss your situation prior to returning the item.

STORE CREDIT – If offered, you will need to have or create an account with our website so that we can apply the CREDIT. You should expect to see your CREDIT (and be able to use it) almost immediately.
